Our Mission

Who We Are

We are a community of Christ followers sharing the hope of Jesus.

We are made up of people from all walks of life: rich and poor; younger, older, or somewhere in-between; But one thing unites us: Jesus Christ. We have all been far from God once, but because of Jesus we are brought together as one. We care for each other through life's difficulties and rejoice together through triumphs. We encourage each other and pray together. Our Sunday morning worship services recognizes the beauty of this diverse community, but also our unity in a people united by Jesus.

Our mission is to share the hope of Jesus.  The hope of Jesus is that through Jesus, God’s kingdom has been established on earth.  We see that in his ministry. Jesus healed the sick, cast out demons, and preached good news to the poor.  Through his death on the cross Jesus paid the price for our sin creating a way for us to be reconciled to the Father and each other. Through his resurrection he defeated the powers of death and Satan providing us a way to live a life filled with hope for the future.  Someday Jesus will return to banish all evil and to establish his kingdom in all its fullness.  In the meantime, the church is called to turn outward in mission and share the hope of Jesus.
